Are you Ducth and speak English fluently? Do you study Business, Languages, Tourism or Communication? Our partner company offers you 5-6 months of a full-time paid internship (400€/month) in their International Business department in Barcelona.

The company

International Business Leader in Europe in the field of International Accommodation Provider and Online Booking for more than 60 destinations, young and constantly growing. It uses an innovative system in its web platform and is considered one of the most reliable and successful in its industry.

   

Responsibilities

  • the student must be the specialist for each account: International or Local. In this way, the the point of reference for information, process, problems, etc. All this, with the objective to develop and keep the business accounts.
  • communication by phone and email with hoteliers to assist them with any questions / problems they may have;
  • must be a problem solver striving to provide fast, quality customer service;
  • monitor the rates and locate the best rates and availabilities;
  • follow up on cancellations, over bookings and complaints;
  • assist Senior Account Manager where needed.

 

Requirements

  • studies in: Business, Languages, Tourism, Communication or similar
  • experience will be apprecitated but not neccesary
  • languages: Dutch native, English fluent
  • IT skills: Office, Outlook, Windows
  • other: appreciated a very organized, motivated, computer literate person (MS.Office package and gmail)
