Role Overview:
As a German and Dutch-speaking B2T Customer Service Representative at KLM, you’ll play an important role in supporting travel agents by answering their questions on topics like baggage policies and flight bookings. Your assistance will be provided via phone, email, and chat. You’ll ensure that agents receive all the necessary information to help their clients travel smoothly, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Fluency in German, Dutch, and English is required for this position.
Your Start at KLM:
Your journey with us begins on February 10th! In the first 8 weeks, you’ll undergo a comprehensive training program, where you’ll work 40 hours per week. You’ll be introduced to KLM’s reservation and CRM systems, and trained to become an expert in handling customer queries. You will initially focus on one product but, over time, gain broader expertise through cross-training in other areas such as social media and the Flying Blue loyalty program.
After your training, you can choose to work either 32 or 40 hours per week. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you prefer, you can also work up to two days per week remotely, providing flexibility for your schedule.
