The Role

In this role, you'll get valuable experience with the sales process for one-of-a-kind vintage items, providing top-notch service in German.

What You’ll Do
As a customer service agent, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Answering customer inquiries in German via email, phone, or chat, you'll guide them through the exciting sales journey for their submitted items. You’ll send offers, and whether they accept or decline, you’ll manage everything from offers to returns. Plus, you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.

You’ll kick things off with a thorough onboarding in English for this costumer service role, making your start super smooth. After that, enjoy flexible, hybrid working hours that suit your lifestyle.

About You
You’re fluent in German and English, and while prior customer service experience is a bonus, it’s not a must! What matters more is your strong communication skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to stay friendly and solution-focused even under pressure. Love vintage items and the reselling world?
