And what are you contributing to? You assist the Global Director. And how do I do that? With your organizational skills, the planning of the business unit runs smoothly. This means that you manage the mail and calendar and you also deal with administrative tasks. You are a star at planning: the agenda is organized in such a way that, for example, travel times and meetings fit together perfectly. You will also support in arranging travel arrangements. Because the company is so internationally oriented you work in different time zones where coordination with other internal departments is important. After meetings, you ensure that follow-up actions and agreements are communicated in a professional manner to all parties involved.
You know how to bring all these tasks to completion because you enjoy planning and have an assertive approach. You can move easily in a digital environment and have experience communicating in international teams. You will put these qualities to use 16 hours a week, of which you will be available at least every Monday. The other hours can be arranged flexibly. The assignment lasts at least until the end of the year.
