What are you going to do:

Upon registering on our cryptographic platform, a series of steps awaits you, involving the verification of your data. These steps encompass tasks such as scanning your ID card and confirming personal and banking details. Notably, the software responsible for this verification process has been meticulously designed by our customer.

While most new customers smoothly navigate these steps, some may encounter challenges. As a Service Desk Employee in Leusden, your role is pivotal in guiding customers through the process with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication across diverse individuals and a patient approach are indispensable. In addition to this, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support by accurately logging tickets and maintaining a comprehensive record of activities. Light KYC tasks will also be part of your versatile responsibilities.
