In 2020, the magnificent DC in Tilburg was completed and ready for warehouse workers like you. In this department, order picking is done by robots, which is super cool and very much in line with the times. Plus, you can be sure that your colleagues won't be in a bad mood on Monday mornings. ;-)
What will you be doing?
As a packer at Decathlon, you will be packing orders, and you'll be doing this together with several (human) colleagues, with goods delivered by robots. It's a great process in which you and your colleagues have the opportunity to chat while ensuring that the products are nicely packed for the customer. It's important that you speak some English because you'll be working in an international environment.
What are the working days and hours?
There are two different shifts you can work. The morning shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM) and an evening shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM). During the peak season, there may also be night shifts, and I can provide more information about these during the application process. The DC in Tilburg is open 7 days a week, so there's definitely plenty of job opportunities for you!
What will you earn?
The hourly wage when you start at Decathlon is €13,82 gross.
