As a German-speaking customer service specialist at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, you will ensure that customer inquiries are answered quickly and efficiently. In this job, you will become an investment expert - so you should already be interested in finance and investing beforehand. Additionally, you're good at demonstrating empathy towards customers and thinking in solutions. You can be the customer service specialist who is enthusiastic in phone-conversations and make sure customers are happy with the Saxo Bank services. It is important for you to be willing to learn about the company's products and comply with it's regulations. 

The team

In your job as a customer service specialist, you'll be a part of is the Client Services & Order Desk at the Saxo Bank team in Amsterdam - your colleagues are brokers and client service representatives. They help private and business clients in the Netherlands and Germany. This is why it is important that you are fluent in German (C1 level). This team has one mission: to increase Net Promoter Scores and provide investment products and services.
